Office Policies

Our main office policy will always be to treat our patients with respect while providing a warm and welcoming environment where they will receive the highest quality of dental care. Our goal is to have every patient leave our office knowing they received the services they need to maintain a healthy mouth.

Appointments

We are currently accepting new patients. Please call our office to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, call us as soon as possible to reschedule and avoid missed appointment fees.

Insurance

Please bring your insurance information with you to every appointment. We are preferred providers for Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Economics, and Child Health Plus. Our office will submit your claim and do our best to get you the maximum benefits possible. Please keep an eye on your account, because while we submit claims, you are responsible for your balance. If your insurance has not provided payment in 30 days, we ask that you contact us.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payments or deductibles (amounts not covered by your insurance). We are happy to accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. If you are unable to make a full payment at the time of service, please discuss your options before treatment, we may be able to offer in-house financing or third-party financing through CareCredit.
