We strive to always treat our patients with respect while providing a warm and welcoming environment where they will receive quality dental care in a comfortable setting. Our goal is to have every patient leave our office knowing they received the services they need to maintain a healthy mouth.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Your first visit begins with a tour of our facilities. We believe that being familiar with the office will help you relax during your appointment. We will then gather a complete medical history from you before taking any necessary diagnostic images and beginning your cleaning (prophylaxis). Our licensed hygienist will review with you an individualized plan to help keep your mouth healthy in between visits.

After your cleaning is completed, Dr. Damelio will assess treatment with oral evaluation, including an oral cancer screening. If he determines that further treatment is necessary, he will discuss your options and propose a treatment plan. Our office will send the pre-treatment estimate to your insurance to determine your out of pocket expense. It is important to us that we always “inform before we perform.”

Insurance/Payment Info

We are preferred providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Economics, United Concordia, and Child Health Plus. Our office will submit your claim and do our best to maximize your benefits. All co-payments are the responsibility of the patient and payment is expected at the time services are rendered. This includes any co-payments or deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance). We are happy to accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovercard. If you are unable to make a full payment at the time of service, please discuss your options before treatment, we may be able to offer in-house financing or third party financing through CareCredit.
